DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Directors has held the I DCH Global Board of Directors Meeting, a meeting of the DCH Board of Directors at a global level, made up of members of the DCH Boards of Directors of Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Argentina, countries where DCH currently has stable Boards of Directors.
Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, President of DCH-International Organization of Human Capital Directors, Armando Cantú, President of the Board of Directors of DCH México and Director of Personnel and Relations of BIMBO; Pedro Ramos, President of the Board of Directors of DCH Portugal and Group Human Resources Director of TAP AIR PORTUGAL; and Rafaél Bergés, President of the DCH Argentina Board of Directors and Human Resources Manager of BANCO GALICIA.
Along with the Presidents, the rest of the members attended the I DCH Global Board of Directors Meeting of the DCH Boards of Directors of each country, all Human Resources Directors, from SECURITAS, MONDELEZ INTERNACIONAL, ARGENTINA ALLIANCE RENAULT-NISSAN-MITSUBISHI, DÍA ARGENTINA, BBVA, BANCO GALICIA, GRUPO OMINT, MERCADO LIBRE, AMERICAN EXPRESS, NESTLE, VIAJES EL CORTE INGLÉS, COCA-COLA, BIMBO, GRUPO JUMEX, CINÉPOLIS, G4S PRIVATE SERVICES, HEARTLAND, GRUPO AXO, DXC TECHNOLOGY PORTUGAL, EDENOR, PWC, EFACEC, DELTA CAFES, FERROVIAL, VODAFONE, BOSCH, PROLIGA / RFFM, RACC, ATRESMEDIA, GRUPO COFARES, SANTALUCÍA, y CAMPOFRIO FOOD GROUP HOLDING.
In addition to the current presence in Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Argentina, Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa shared with the rest of the members of the Global Board of Directors the status of the openings in Peru, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay, which will take place in a short period of time. , as well as the communication and contact we are having with the largest organization of Russian Human Resources professionals, showing the strong and fast growth that DCH-Organization of Human Capital Directors is developing internationally and in each of the countries.
In this chapter of activities, the relationship of the DCH Webinar that is being carried out was exposed, with a great success of assistance in all the countries; activity that, although it was already in the portfolio of action plans of the DCH Boards of Directors at a global level, began coinciding with the expansion of Covid-19, with the intention of keeping active the exchange of knowledge and good practices that were of usefulness for the entire DCH ecosystem and the rest of society, especially at this juncture.
