The DCH International Center for Women’s Leadership is an initiative of DCH – Human Capital Managers Organization, which arises with the aim of promoting the inclusion and leadership of women in organizations.
The Center was created with the desire to generate a community of support for professional women managers around the world who want to offer strategic tools to amplify skills and enhance qualities that allow more women to develop their capabilities in talent management.
