DESCRIPTION:Following the success in 2023 of the Latam Human Capital Summit, this year sees the return of the DCH Global Human Capital Summit, DCH’s largest event bringing together HR leaders from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. DCH and Universidad de los Andes join forces to celebrate this great event in Colombia that will take place in May 2024 in the city of Bogotá, Colombia.\nThe objective of this initiative is to create a space for training and reflection that allows human resources executives to ground talent management trends through initiatives and instruments that enrich their human capital strategy. The event will promote some of the central themes of the future of work and their respective landing in the reality of companies.\nThis event, which will be held both in person and online, will be open to DCH members, Human Capital Managers and their teams from all the countries where the organization operates.\n
